Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. In a food processor mix all the berries (leave some aside for topping) until you get a smooth puree.
  2. Place the pan over medium heat, add oats and toast them for few seconds and add in the coconut milk. Cook for 8-10 minutes (until the porridge is soft and creamy). Stir often to avoid sticking. At the end mix in berry puree (leave 2 tablespoons aside for the topping).
  3. Add your favourite protein powder and stir well.
  4. Serve it in a bowl topped with fresh berries and puree, sprinkle with flex seeds.
