Preparing In The Kitchen
Heat up the oven to 200 °C.
In the bowl mix both flours, salt and baking soda, add buttermilk and mix it all well until you get a smooth dough.
Add both seeds and cheese and mix again (in case it is still too liquid add more flour).
Place the dough on a baking sheet, toss a bit flour on it and sprinkle with seeds.
You can cut the dough on the top in cross shape (optional).
Bake it for 30-35 minutes.
