Preparing In The Kitchen
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC and grease a square baking tray. Set aside.
In large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cardamom, and sugar. Then add the butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix everything until combined.
Pour the batter into the greased baking tray.
In a smaller bowl toss together the blueberries and lemon zest and sprinkle the blueberries over the mixture.
For the crumble, in a small bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Add the butter and mix with your hands until the mixture is moist, and it starts to get crumbly.
Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the blueberries.
Place the tray in the oven and bake for 45-55 minutes or until golden on top (If you insert a skewer into the center, it should come out almost clean).
Let it cool 5 minutes then serve it warm with vanilla ice cream.
