White Cannellini Bean Dip

This easy white bean dip recipe is super healthy and delicious! Serve it as an appetizer or enjoy it as a snack with some crackers and fresh veggies.

drained and rinsed

Olive Oil

Lemon Juice

Lemon Zest
Garlic Clove
Salt & Pepper to taste
Handful Fresh Parsley
Splash of Water

Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. In a food processor, pulse the cannellini beans, olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
  2. Add some drops of water to get the desired thickness. One tablespoon at a time.
  3. Blend in the the fresh parsley.
  4. Serve with crackers and/or chips.
