Instructions

Preparing In The Kitchen
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ºC and rinse the cod under running water with cold water, pat dry and cut in half.
  2. Wash the thyme and rosemary and shake dry. Wash the beans and drain them.
  3. Mix the beans, tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes and herbs together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread out a sheet of baking paper and spread the bean mix in the middle. Then put both cod fish fillets on top. Add a splash of olive oil and herbs.
  5. To close, fold the parchment over the fish, pinching to seal the open sides and create a half-moon-shaped packet.
  6. Place it in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
