Preparing In The Kitchen
Preheat up the oven to 180 °C.
Boil the couscous as per package instructions.
Mix harissa and smoked paprika with 1 tablespoon olive oil – season with salt and pepper. Rub the salmon with that mixture.
Place the salmon in the oven proof bowl and cover with a foil – bake it for 15-20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for 5 more minutes.
While salmon is baking mix fresh herbs with cooked couscous, and pour in the dressing (if dressing is too thick add a splash of water and adjust the taste if needed – more honey or mustard). Mix all well till evenly coated.
Once the salmon is done, remove the skin and pull it apart with the fork. Serve it together with couscous.
